If payments are not received within 30 days of the invoice date, a 5% late fee will be applied for each additional 30-day period until payment is made in full. Clients are responsible for ensuring that payments are received on time.
3. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided by Green Sun Landscaping are preliminary and subject to change based on site conditions, material availability, and any changes in the scope of work. If changes are necessary, clients will be informed promptly, and the estimate will be adjusted accordingly. Final prices will be based on actual work performed, materials used, and project complexities.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are required to provide accurate information regarding the property, including location of utilities, access points, and any special considerations such as landscaping preferences or restrictions. Green Sun Landscaping is not responsible for damages to underground utilities or structures that were not disclosed before work commenced. Clients must ensure that the work area is accessible and free of obstructions.
5. Project Timelines
While Green Sun Landscaping strives to complete all projects within an estimated timeframe, actual completion may vary based on weather conditions, material availability, and unforeseen site conditions. Clients will be notified promptly if any delays occur. We work diligently to ensure the timely delivery of services, but project durations may fluctuate depending on complexity and external factors.
6. Warranty & Liability
Green Sun Landscaping provides a 1-year warranty on workmanship for all installation services. This warranty covers defects in labor but does not apply to damage caused by third parties, weather conditions, or misuse by the client. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the services provided. Our liability is limited to the cost of correcting any defects in workmanship during the warranty period.
7. Property Damage
Every effort will be made to prevent property damage during the course of work. However, Green Sun Landscaping is not liable for existing underground utilities or other structures that may be unintentionally damaged. Clients are advised to disclose the locations of any underground utilities or structures to avoid potential issues.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, plans, drawings, photos, and renderings created by Green Sun Landscaping are the intellectual property of the company. These materials are protected by copyright law and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written consent from Green Sun Landscaping. Clients may use the designs and plans for their own purposes but may not share or sell them without permission.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before resorting to legal action. Mediation will be conducted by a neutral third party, and both parties will agree to share the costs of the process equally. If mediation is unsuccessful, legal proceedings may be pursued.
10. Changes to Terms
